A$AP Rocky - “Wassup”
I always appreciate ASAP Rocky’s visuals, I guess it’s just good seeing the urban elements of New York become popularized again. For my art connoisseurs, yes of course, the video does stick to the basic fundamental hip hop selling points (money, clothes, drugs, sex, alcohol, etc.). But for what it’s worth, he’s doing it correctly, tastefully even. He clearly knows what his fans want, and he gives it to them in his new video “Wassup”, brought to you by the good people at VICE.
Sidebar: The upside down star, goat head, wicca symbol in the beginning did throw me for a loop though..
